But we understand that sometimes, a product might not be the right fit for your haunted abode. Don’t worry—our returns and exchanges policy is here to ensure you’re never trapped in a nightmare.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Contact us at [email protected] within this period to initiate the process. After 15 days, all sales are final—like a curse that can’t be broken.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Costume Masks (e.g., Alien Masks, Classic Monster Masks, Clown Masks)
- Costume Wigs / Hats
- Costume Shoes
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:
- Email our support ghouls at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to:

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return doesn’t get lost in the void.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear within 3-5 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to you. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your Animatronics, Alien Props, or other horrors arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—no need to return the item. We might request photos as proof, so keep your camera handy!
