Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia (due to logistical constraints). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our crypt to your door.
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx for a flat rate of $12.95. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (like Halloween) or due to unforeseen circumstances (like zombie outbreaks). We appreciate your patience!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every item you order, but if something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges policy is here to save the day—or night! Please read the following carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Contact us at [email protected] within this period to start the process. After 15 days, all sales are final—like a curse that can’t be broken!
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Costume Masks (e.g., Alien Masks, Classic Monster Masks, Clown Masks)
- Costume Wigs / Hats
- Costume Shoes
Once these items leave our crypt, they can’t come back—so choose wisely!
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Email our support ghouls at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return doesn’t get lost in the void.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear within 3-5 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to you. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Animatronics, Alien Props, or other horrors arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—no need to return the item. We might request photos as proof, so keep your camera handy!
